“Mon Chi Con” L.L.C was first established in 2002. Between the year 2004 and 2006, Mon Chi Con Company completed 21 billion tugrugs worth of construction and housings with the help of its assistant executant.
“Mon Chi Con” L.L.C was rewarded “The Best Construction of the Year” award in 2005 from the CPUDSC, MCUD (Ministry of Construction and Urban Development) and MBA (Mongolian Builder’s Association) for successfully completing the Mongolian government’s “40000 Apartments” construction project and for help in developing the construction industry.
In April of 2006 it worked as an assistant executant for “Mon Ted” L.L.C under its request and started the construction work for “Huree Town” that consisted of 9 and 12 floor high apartments for 240 families.
During 2006 and 2007, it worked as the main executant in completing the carcass of the “Genghis Khan’s Golden Whip” horse statue for a tourism site established by the Genko Tour Buro. In 2008, it completed the construction work of the main entrance door for the above tourism site.
As of 2007, “Mon Chi Con” L.L.C started to work as the main executant for the “Sanzai Villa” project by “Bodi Properties” L.L.C. that consisted of housing for 77 families.
