Tavantolgoi-Gashuunsukhait Railway Project

For the first time in Mongolia, a 233.6 km long, first-class, intersection-free, heavy-duty railway with a capacity to transport 30-50 million tons of coal per year has been built.

Tavantolgoi Coal Terminal Project

This logistics center, based on advanced technology, has the capacity to load 20 million tons of raw coal into railcars per year.

Bodi Tower

Bodhi Tower is Mongolia’s first smart office building. It was also the tallest building in Ulaanbaatar in 2003.

Embassy Residence

The Embassy Residence office building was built in 2011-2013 and it is the first complex residential building with full range of services in Ulaanbaatar.

National Amusement Park

The National Institute of Culture and Recreation was founded in 2009 and begun its operation with fresh appearance. Currently, the National Culture and Recreation Park is operating with 15 types attraction games, automation and fun game centers, as well as food and beverage services and entertainment centers.

Shine tugul, Golomt, Sanzai Town

It has a proven track record of developing major residential projects such as Shine Tögl, Golomt, and Sanzai townships. Golomt Township, built between 2004 and 2008, became the first privately developed residential complex in Ulaanbaatar.

Red rock

“High Red Travel” LLC has been operating the Red Rock Resort, training and recreation complex with complete engineering solutions located in the Gorkhi Terelj National Park since 2015. Also, starting from 2015, the construction of the greenhouse project in Songinokhairkhan district was successfully implemented.

Mungun Guur Hospital

The Mungun Guur Hospital provides specialized health care services such as Trauma surgery, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, internal organs and cardiovascular surgery, neurology, rehabilitation, traditional medicine and equipped with inpatient wards.

Tavantolgoi-Gashuunsukhait and Tavantolgoi-Zuunbayan rail

Tavantolgoi-Gashuunsukhait and Tavantolgoi-Zuunbayan railways connection rail project In 2021, this connection railway throughput capacity was designed to be 15 mtpa (million tons per annum).

`Buuruljuut coal mine, power plant` project

“Tsetsens Mining and Energy” LLC is a national company with 100 percent domestic investment, which is working to implement a complex coal mine and power plant project based on its licensed lignite deposit “Buuruljuul Tal” located in Bayan and Bayanjargalan soum of Tuv Province.

Overhead power lines

1. A total of 35km long overhead high-voltage power transmission line and a 35 kW substation with seamless supports, was built and handed over to the “Oyutolgoi” company. The tallest power transmission tower was successfully erected in Mongolia at that time. 2. Buuruljuut - Baganuur, Buuruljuut - Sergelen 220kV OHL

Aircraft real-time observation system

In Sukhbaatar and Umnogovi provinces, a radio real-time observation system for monitoring the movement of aircraft over the territory of Mongolia has been supplied and installed.
